He totally disregarded anything I said or proposed and persisted in making the resolution difficult for me. This issue was never made right!116 1964d in very fine condition, 90 % silver quarters. Packaging was not the greatest since there were porceline parts (feet) sticking through the box on arrival, but miraculously nothing was broken!
