Description said open box item, which is a new item that is opened but still comes with the manufacturer packaging, and that was not what I received. This was a gift, so I can't just give it to them in bubble wrap like it was sent. I sent multiple messages about my issue and there was ZERO RESPONSE FROM SELLER!
