    The best bike made by Schwinn!!!!

    Well I fell in love with it when I first saw it. My Dad bought me the Lemon Peeler in 1969, I rode this bike until 1980. I then handed it down to my younger brother.I love him but I wish I would have kept my bike. This model totally brought back good memories.It will take more time than it looks to build this bike What a wonderful kit to build and display.I recommend every model builder to get this kit.The best bike ever made by Schwinn!!!!

    Hope you have better luck

    The plastic for the bike frame is very thin and flimsy causing it to have a bend toward one side making the gear/chain piece not align and stay glued. Looks cheap, I tried to straighten out the frame but its just too fragile. Instructions are inadequate to address this issue.

    bicycle model kits

    It is a plastic model kit, therefore it is not durable. It is well detailed and will make a very nice display model if done well. It will keep someone busy for several days or more if they enjoy building things.
