I was impressed with it’s attributes and overall packaging plus the price was great. After reading the instructions and charging the batteries I tried them out only to find no difference in either ear. I turned the volume to max and confirmed the on switch was on. It acts like they not working so turned them both off and returned them back to their charging compartment noting the left hearing aid recharged for ~ a minute,
