They answered, but no returns unless damaged and that it was advertised correctly plus tested. They were not NEW! It cost me 27 and change to cross, 22 in duty fee and 22 and change to return. So, these cheap dollar store harmonicas ended up costing me almost 200 canadian, and I'm still not sure if I'll be refunded. No way of contacting CSR to get a label from Ups or Purolator. Was happy to receive item, no longer made; however it was placed in a thin plastic bag; and as I told him, USPS is not always gentle with shipped items. Item was stuffed in my rural mailbox and I was concerned it was damaged. I was able to straighten out the stuffed rabbit so it looked okay. Was not pleased with the lack of communication which was made at the same time item was orderedPlush Velveteen Rabbit Stuffed Toy Bunny 15” (#234802788025)
