    Have not used yet.

    A very sleek design, however, I have not used yet because I can't figure out how to use it even after looking at videos. Also, I do not understand why there is a different brochure from another company included in the box of the Tyme Hair Straightening curling iron. More than likely, I will give to my daughter because I have no clue how to use.

    Received a new, dfctive unit

    I ordered two, opening one and found it didn't heat up to the stated 400 degrees....not even close. I typically curl my hair with my flat iron set at 300 and this iron didn't heat up to that level so I was basically getting no results. As yo the unit I suppose you could get used to the functionality but it is a little awkward.

    Very disappointed

    I would leave no stars if there was an option. I was so excited to get this in the mail, I’ve watched numerous videos on how to use it and the proper techniques so I would be ready when I got it in. It does not curl like it is suppose to, the plates do not go together all the way, after using for an hour trying to get it to work I was very disappointed and the brown line shows wear as if it was painted and now it’s coming off. It also looks like it was painted on the top and there is a not normal notch at the bottom that clearly doesn’t look right. And the blue light was flashing the whole time.

    No temperature control

    My only issue with this product is that there is no temperature control so burning your hair is real possibility unless you have some sort of professional idea of how to use it. For someone just trying this is difficult also some of my hair was getting caught in the side and being pulled out by the plates

    Great 2-in1 curler, straightener

    Tricky to use, has a learning curve and takes a bit of practice. I love how well it works on my right side but I still haven't been able to make the left side look the same. No one can tell though. It was worth $50 but I wouldn't pay full price for a new one.
