I'm not really sure who or what is to blame for that. Having said that I knew when I purchased the weed eater flex shaft the length was confusing. I needed 24 5/8" and I was sent one 28". So I'm out $20 but I knew I took a chance when I ordered it. I learned a valuable lesson though.
