        Obverse side of medal has an unplayed blemish. Not shown in ad photo. Seller offered to exchange if I mailed it back to him. He did not offer to cover the cost of return mail, although it was his error or my time and effort to repack and drive to the Post Office and wait in line. So, his rating from me is Neutral at best…

        This a South Vietnamese medal, advertised as used and over 50 years old. Buyer was offered a full refund or replacement medal. Initially buyer wanted me to send the replacement medal to him prior to him returning the first medal, which I declined. The last communication I had with the buyer was over a month ago and he stated "That's great. I will post the medal". No discussion ever occured regarding postage, which I was going to pick up. Not sure of buyers motive.
