They will help with growing the roses I have in pots by holding more water than the 5 gallons previously in use. Important because of municipal water restrictions. They will improve winter protection. There was no communication needed. The shipment went as planned.

Only problem was the bush doctor sledge hammer bottle arrived with a small crack around the top and was leaking a little onto the box and other bottles with a small amount lost. I'd imagine the seller doesn't open the box to check for leaks but it couldn't hurt. You do not receive the bottles pictured in the ad, Flowers Kiss is now substituted for Cal Mag...... I liked that.
