      When I did receive the item the box was damaged and opened. I strongly believe that was due to lack of care from the delivery company during transit. The item was still in the box and bubble wrapped I'm very thankful he put the mounting bolts in an envelope because if he didn't it probably would've been lost due to the delivery company. My only recommendation for the seller is to use more tape for the envelope and box. I give a 10/10 highly recommend buying from this seller.

      Item works as it should. Seller did not respond to my message. A handle that was shown in the photo was broken and the broken piece was not in the box. Indicates to me that it was broken prior to shipment. Luckily I was able to use one from the mount I was replacing.
