I received the new reel within a couple of days. Excellent service!

He stayed in touch the whole time and when all hope was lost, issued me a refund. I feel bad for the seller in this instance. He's the one who is stuck dealing with USPS incompetence. I'm giving the seller all 5 stars because I don't want to give him any negative feedback, even for shipping. It was promptly sent. After that other people dropped the ball.
