In my experiences, whenever I let the seller choose the coins, vs only buying the coin that is pictured, I have run into issues like this. Waited as long as I comfortably cared to and submitted the ticket. To which the seller addressed immediately and a solution was given. These aren't the first coins I've got from this shop and it's no reason for them to be the last. 10/10 would buy again!
