    The bid was for 60 untested DVDs, and upon receiving package, there were 60 dvd cases, but three cases did not have any DVDs. I notified the seller concerning this issue. The response I got was “ Are you wanting a refund for three DVDs ?” No apology, no trying to offer a solution to the issue, no offer to send three DVDs in place of the missing ones. Refunded me $0.48 (pd $21.53 in total with tax and shipping) and still never apologized for their mistake. Very poor customer service.
