This time have been caught out by being sent an item that is unusable. I always feel suspicious when an expiry date is unreadable, and the balm is a different consistency. When you are then told by the seller that there is nothing wrong with it, and does not offer you a refund, and hopes you find something to do with the balm, which is not fit for purpose.
