I can see how, for someone not initiated in the unicorn nature of a Honda Crosstour, it woud be easy to make the mistake. So no hard feelings. And they broke some of the clips that hold the brackets on which they really didn't need to remove. But I don't think any of that will really matter. Part is installed and doesn't leak. Would buy again.
