The box units appear to be cosmetically undamaged, the remote shows that it was reconditioned and cables were bundled with both twisties and rubber bands. Not disappointed with purchase but should be listed as reconditioned or New(Other)

Just tried to hook one up to one of my tv’s, but the power cord doesn’t work. Tried it several times on the boxes, but doesn’t work. Was able to use a power cord out of another box to work it, so I’m short one power cord. How do I get just the power cord?
