I get that the company is out of business but I'm wondering how these are stored. They still smell minty but the color is off putting and as someone in the beauty industry, it had me concerned. They are unopened with a plastic seal so that isn't the issue at all. I won't purchase the deep conditioners again from anyone else.

While I have not used the sealer yet, I have used it in the past. In one home, we had a leak into the crawl space under the bathroom. Surprisingly, the grout sealer stopped this leak. It also helps reduce dirt and/or mold build up in the grout. It is easy to apply and in my experience does not change the color or apearance of flat gloss stone tile. DuPont makes great products.
