      Nice watch, appears to keep decent time.

      Seiko SRP779 Is a purpose built watch and a good value in my estimation. It seems to be built well enough to last several years and if maintained adequately should run a few decades from what my research says. I installed a Miltat bracelet to dress it up a bit and I like the result. No visible problems with the watch that I am aware of.

      Most accurate "automatic" watch I own. It's been on my wrist for about two weeks now and it's running 5-seconds fast from when I first set it. Also, amazingly comfortable, given its size & weight. Most importantly...it makes me smile!

      Retro Seiko style with new improved movement.

      This is my second Seiko turtle diver, I also have the all black model. I like the pepsi bezel on this model better and it dresses the watch up a notch especially if you put it on the seiko oyster bracelet. This watch also has been more accurate than my other turtle diver. Best bang for the buck in a auto diver period.

      The Seiko "Turtle" SRP779 is GREAT!

      I really love everything about this watch. It feels great, looks gorgeous, keeps perfect time, and has excellent luminosity. My "other watch" is a Seiko SRP715, which is also a very beautiful automatic watch, but this "Turtle" absolutely rules. I simply can't take it off my wrist. Kudos to Seiko for making such great watches.
