    I have given the seller opportunity to reply but to no avail. This hat was not new and arrived squashed as it was only wrapped in a plastic bag. It was also stained and damaged. It was not the fault of the courier. Not a good purchase and I did not return it as I did not have the appropriate packaging. I also felt it would probably be sold on to someone else. Not a good seller.
