    I don't think this product is even a real diagnostic tool. I tried it on two vehicles at the same time as a friends Snap on tool, and it came back with faults that neither car had. Also, it reported both cars had an engine management light on when neither did. Seller did refund me when I questioned it though, which is why it's neutral feedback and not negative.
