The contents were all packaged well with this foam sheeting taped around everything and there was no damage to that wrapping on on the rails but clearly the item was used and or damaged as there are visable chips in this metal frame. Pieces were bent and we struggled to get slots in. My husband had to manually bend them back. Was offered to send this back for a full refund but the box would not have salagable for us to do so
