Output voltage as claimed (holds at 13.75 even under heavy load). First chinese-made converter of any size that is actually RFI quiet (won't trash your FM or VHF radio) Output is also quiet and stable. Only things to watch out for is that the input startup current surge is huge-size fuses and switches accordingly-also pay attention to heatsinking at high amps. A great deal!
