    Wasn't sure what to expect.

    It's not the round metal tin I remember as a child. It's a fold out cardboard, but it seems like it will work fine on a flat surface. I had been playing, with a young person, on a rinky dink board from a dollar store, and I wanted a real set to play with a group, and this will fill that desire.

    Chinese Checkers

    This game brings back memories of the one I had except that it's more cheaply made. Mine was metal, this one is cardboard. The holes need to be a little deeper. It is very easy to knock the marbles off the holes. It's still fun to play, but you have to be careful. My granddaughter's little five-year-old hands knock the marbles a lot. (I checked "yes" on the "Is it durable?" question because for a cardboard game, it is durable.)

    Low quality game.

    The board is folded into fourths so when you open it up it does not lay flat on the table. The marbles are very small and because the board is not flat, when you try to move a marble they start to roll around. Also, the marbles are very small. My husband has a very difficult time picking them up. I would not buy this again. Pay a little more and get a wood board.
