It did take about 6 hours to assemble with my husband and I working on it. The directions aren’t extremely clear and there are a lot of things you kind of just figure out as you go. For one, I wasn’t sure what coating to take off the plastic pieces. Seems pretty sturdy and overall I am satisfied with the purchase

Super buy, well constructed and seems strong. The assembly wasn't as easy as some people have stated though. We're pretty handy with things like this but struggled throughout with the instructions. A lot of interpretation and guess work. Many times, a small mistake will force you to take much of it apart. Patience is the best advice. Worth it in the end!

Even though item arrived broken which may have happened in transit or at manufacturer it was able to be repaired to a usable condition. Easy to assemble although you need to be gentle while assembling as wood is thin and can easily crack if screws are over tightened.
