For MS Office, it will not let you use it unless you update it, and if you update it, it is no longer free. For office, after a week it updates it whether you want it to or not. You can create a restore point, but there is no longer any such thing as restoring to a restore point that you created. The version of Windows that will be forced on you does not do restore. Seemed like to good a deal to be true, and in fact it was.

The packing was great and the shipping was LIGHTNING FAST. They are ready to deploy to the shop floor, for our massive Windows 11 upgrade, where they will spend the rest of their life. I am really glad great sellers like this recycle these electronics. Where they will have a good home! Modern monitors are just too big for our needs. These are a great value !!!!!

But did not have a same replacement and did take care of the issue/matter with a full-refund. So I Would-Recommend anyone that might be looking to buy some used computer items from this seller, would say they are honest & will take care of any issues if came up... Thanks, Sunny...
