Price was too good for it to be full stainless, but I knew it while purchasing. Actually works out great for my purposes as shiny stainless carabiners tend to go "missing" at the end of the job.

The Hangers looked as advertised (Great condition, and thy appear to be made from very good quality Steel, and they look very nice also!) on the eBay website. The price was very reasonable. I am pleased with my purchase.
