      The skort arrived with large black stains. I contacted the seller and asked her to help resolve the issued by accepting a return of the item. (I offered to return it immediately, or said I could wash the item to see if I could remove the stain, in which case there would no longer be any problem.) The seller refused to accept the return or accept any responsibility, and merely stating that there was no stain when she packaged it. After that initial response, there was no further response.

      The item was carefully inspected before shipping and was 100% brand new and free from any stains. This buyer purposely added the stains in an attempt to abuse the return policy. I already reported this buyer for her fraudulent behavior to eBay.
