    Great source of fiber

    I have been taking nopalina for a while. I take medication and I get very constipated, I have tried different sources of fiber but, nothing has worked for me as well as the nopalina. It's one of the best sources of fiber because it doesn't give you gas or upset your stomach. In fact it helps you when you feeling bloated. I would highly recommend it.

    Unexpected benefit for overall good digestion

    Nopalina works for me better than I expected. When I add this to my morning routine I feel great all day. (sometimes I don't add it and then I can feel the difference with my energy level) I would add that the instruction should include a brief period to let the drink sit and allow moisture to be absorbed by the fiber (chia seed). I have noticed a better result when moisture is allowed to be absorbed by the product prior to imbibing.

    helpful Nopalina

    Nopalina helps keep me more regular, and it is supposed to keep my cholesterol down too, but I haven't had that checked since starting, so I can't verify that. I mix a tablespoon with yogurt and eat it for breakfast. Even better in a smoothy, but yogurt is faster.
