    Item showed up broken. Was packaged very poorly and seller responded by saying “they are used items”. The item in the photo was not broken at all. This could have been prevented with better packaging. They did offer a return option. Still would not buy from this seller again.

    This item was bought almost a month ago and now you're saying it was broken? We do offer return shipping and refund you asap on all our items and we have sold thousands of our items without any issue but we do apologize USPS isn't always perfect and we try our best to package them well. If you were to communicate with us we could've worked something out and made your experience better even though you're claiming this was broken and has now been a month that you bought it.
