My only issue is that the Center Hole is not 3/8 inch as listed. 3/8 inch is .375 inch or 9.5 mm. The center hole is .345 inch or 8.7 mm. This means the hole is almost 1/32 inch to small and will not let the mounting bolt through to mount it. It's an easy fix for me as I have a machine shop and can run a 3/8 carbide end mill through it to fix it. The average person would burn up a few 3/8 drill bits to fix it as it is hardened metal. So, buyer beware.
