Filters that come with the pool are not that good. I purchased an Aquastrong sand filter and pump that fit my pool size. It costs about $70 more, but you get a great pump and filter that will keep your pool and you happy all summer. Very important! #1 Have a smooth, level area to put your pool. #2 Put down a protective layer underneath the pool, you won't regret it.
