I found this one hoping for a different result as I wanted to frame this with all the books for a Christmas gift. The item arrived on time, was unopened and very pleased that all pieces were present--including an extra one. Obviously the manufacturing has a quality control issue.

I told them that the item never arrived and had not even ship in 10 days and the still elected to ship it anyway. Stay clear from this company they are terrible.. They were the ones that gave me the option to return it and when I said yes they didn't listen or read my message and sent me an email telling me it was expected the next day. Tracking still says it's in California and I am in Florida.
