I understand it's part of the cycle of getting rid of the moisture but if it's constantly throwing out hot air and raising the temperature In the room by 15 or 20 degrees then that's a problem. So I believe, although it was supposed to be a refurbished one they didn't test it and make it run properly before selling

They did ultimately deliver my order and shipped it promptly, but I do question their competence and trustworthiness.
