Camera arrives, no usb in sight and the sd card is corrupted. I contact the seller and it takes them a whole week to respond. They respond saying they’ll replace the sd card if I send a photo. Nothing about the missing usb. I sent the photo of the sd card nearly two weeks ago and it’s been crickets since… I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed.Reply from: stepvanstudio- Feedback replied by seller stepvanstudio.- Feedback replied by seller stepvanstudio.I tested the card before I sent it, It was corrupted OK fine I told her I thought I had another and that I would look for it. I did have another and I sent it. At no point did she make any comment about a USB cable. That’s because it states in the ad that it has a USB port but at no point does it state that it comes with a cable. I did not send a Cable. This is the first I hear about the cable. I apologized several times. When she did not respond after receiving it, I assumed everything was fine

So I had to issue for a refund and 2 days before my refund came the seller finally replied. The seller said the book was mailed and had no idea what had happened to it. The seller also said he or she would get it figured out and let me know what happened. The seller never did let me know. Item was a bit dirty, but after 100 years I am not surprised. Seller was quick to respond to inquiries about shipping times, and was transparent. Great buying experience!
