One had to look carefully to find the repair. I found the problem as the pen kept leaking ink and render it unusable. Apparently the seller was not aware of the repair and was willing to offer a partial refund. I greatly appreciate the seller's rapid response and honesty. I have decided to keep the pen and repair the pen. Will definitely buy from the seller again!
