    I was a little worried at first because I got a notification and tracking saying my items arrived but it was only a letter in the mailbox saying my order was on the way. I was concerned that I might not receive them and then since they showed delivered it would be hard to dispute not getting them. However, I messaged the company and they responded and let me know when to expect them and they did end up arriving a couple days later. I don't think the letter is necessary it just caused confusion.

    Item is descent, however, it doesn't fit a 2500 ram big horn grille. Letters are slightly smaller. I had to remove clips and just use the double sided stick tape because the clips didn't line up with factory back plate bezel
