They reshipped original box which should have been reinforced better. ITEM RECEIVED WAS NOT AS ADVERTISED. Specifically bought for the soft close option. After installing discovered this model doesn’t have that. Contacted seller before posting this. Be aware they do not take responsibility for their lack of attention to details. Research before you buy from them.

    The item arrived broken due to poor packaging. It was not cushioned and was a breakable item. I contacted the seller, he filled out an insurance claim. However this issue was not a problen with the delivery person but with how it was packaged. I had to buy glue to repair the broken pieces, as returning or replacing it is not a cost effective option. I am not happy with the way this was handled.
