Used 2 Pieces Of Weak Cheap Bubble Wrap That Was More Flattened On Each Side As Protection Nothing Else. Item arrived In Broken Pieces & Plexi-Glass Was All Cracked Seller Claimed Packing Was Great & Did Not Care How I Received Item. Seller Wanted Me 2 Waste Extra Time & Money 2 Send Back A Very Clearly Broken Item. Should Have Packed In A Box With Padding & Bubble Wrap, Seller Is Difficult & Incompetent.Reply from: manzilla8- Feedback replied by seller manzilla8.- Feedback replied by seller manzilla8.Buyer was completely disrespectful, insulting and default to work with, I tried to work with him to come up with a solution but all through the conversation buyer been Insulting, disrespectful and says untrue claims. Yes, my method of packaging was wrong, and I owned up to that mistake and I will use proper material in the future. I offered a partial refund for just the frame or a full refund if he sent back the frame and poster (Witch I would ha covered) But buyer refused and call it "A Joke".Follow-up from: 7***1- Feedback followed up by buyer.- Feedback followed up by buyer.After I Purchased I Sent A Message Asking For The Picture Frame 2 Please Be Protected. Seller Sent Me A Message Saying He Would Try 2 Pack Item Right That Should Have Been A Red Flag. I Sent Seller A Message Telling Him I Did Not Deserve Receiving Item So Badly Damaged. He Never Responded Back & Anyone Else Would Have Been Upset By This. After Seeing The Pictures Of All The Damage Seller Should Have Done The Right Thing & Issued A Full Refund. He Wanted Item Back So He Could Scam Someone Else.
