The problem is this took 19 days to arrive through royal mail, until royal mail have attempted delivery there is no tracking, so I was in the dark the entire time as to where it was or if it had been lost or if there was a problem.

I have since contacted the seller several times to try and resolve this issue but have not received the correct item, or a refund or had any further contact from the seller. By far my worst experience of buying from an Ebay seller.
