    Package arrived, started the assembly process and realized the top of the carport had multiple holes in it from shipping damage. I never opened the tarp but the holes go through every layer of it multiple times. Contacted the seller to have a replacement top sent and they offered me a 10% discount on the product. I’m don’t want a discount, I want a carport that doesn’t have multiple holes in it. Evening else was fine in the package, I just needed a new top and they have yet to resolve this issue

    Seller advertised item will arrive September 24th-26th after being shipped on the 21st. Item arrived late in the afternoon on the 30th. Seller claims that it was due to the weekend instead of them actually choosing cheaper, slower shipping. The shipping was the main reason for me to purchase from them as I needed it asap for inspection. Not interested and will not do business again.
