When I questioned it, I was told that the supplier did not put it in the package and the other one was just found. I did not hear from her, and issued a refund. At no time did she ask me to cancel the order. The following weekend while doing inventory I found 1 of these sunflower die and listed it for sale again. I understand she's frustrated, and offered her to return the order for a full refund. She wrote this instead.
