    Won't purchase from again. I wanted this die but added two others to save on shipping cost. I received the two others but not this one. I contacted the seller as it said it was delivered. I was nicely refunded my money for this die and it promptly was for sale again at a little higher price. When I questioned it, I was told that the supplier did not put it in the package and the other one was just found. I was told I could send the others back for a refund of cost, not shipping cost.

    I sent her an email telling her the manufacturer failed to include this pattern in my order, and because of the tariff situation, I had no idea when I would be able to get more of these. I did not hear from her, and issued a refund. At no time did she ask me to cancel the order. The following weekend while doing inventory I found 1 of these sunflower die and listed it for sale again. I understand she's frustrated, and offered her to return the order for a full refund. She wrote this instead.
