    HUGE BLACK KNIGHT FAN! WANTED THIS TO BE AMAZING!

    LOVED the first 16 pages! Loved the white fur fringed cloak design of his cloak and the new body armor! LOVED the ghostly hand painted comic book covers for this series! That artist should've painted the entire series! LOVED the awesome variant comic book covers and the sweet character design sketchbook pages! LOVED seeing the Black Knight being trapped in another medieval dimensional world and then becoming their king! Loved seeing the Black Knight leading his troops against evil invading armies and their giant rock trolls! THAT'S WHAT I WANTED TO SEE MORE OF! JUST THE BLACK KNIGHT! NO AVENGERS AT ALL! And when the Avengers eventually do show up (triple groan), the book goes downhill pretty fast. I especially didn't like Doctor Voodoo at all. (A dog awful Marvel character. I groan hard ...

    Black Knight King of New Avalon

    This is a good story revolving around the Black Knight. It reminds me of some older Excalibur stories with this one taking place in a place like Mojoverse. The art goes well with the tone. If you’re looking for a fun story involving the Black Knight then pick this one up.
