    Very easy transaction but unfortunately not the same item as described. I am disappointed, but I can easily see how this could have been an oversight as they are both Burt's Bees "ultra conditioning". I specifically wanted the "kokum butter" however, like the picture shows, which is why I bought it online. Instead of returning it though I've opted to keep it. The item is new and was packaged nicely and also came very quickly.

    Dr. Hauschka is worth it

    I have been using the cleansing milk for years and yes it might appear expensive, but it takes quite some time to finish a bottle. The product is easily applied and leaves my skin calm and clean without feeling tight. The fragrance is very subtle.

    I continue to repurchase Dr. Hauschkas Soothing Cleansing Milk! Such a small amount is needed (with a touch of water added) to cleanse my face. This is creamy, thick and so gentle to cleanse my face. It leaves my face moisturized and so soft; no tight and dry feeling at all! I follow up with a gentle toner to remove any leftover makeup residue, followed by 20% vitamin c.

    Won't Ever Use Anything Else

    If you've never tried Dr. Hauschka but are thinking about it, wonder no more! These products saved my skin--and I had tried nearly everything. I will never use anything else and eBay makes it way easier and less expensive to find their products. It's a win-win!
