Once installed, the battery lasted about 5 minutes on my Dyson's lowest setting. I recharged the battery for another 48 hours and tried again to use my vacuum, but my vacuum wouldn't turn on at all. Upon requesting a return and refund, the seller told me they will not issue a refund because this is a "consumable item."
