    The description states NWT but these are clearly not new, they are tarnished around the strip of rhinestones and there was no tag. The earrings were thrown in a mailer, not wrapped or placed in a box and 1 of the earrings was missing a back and the other earring the back was bent. I'm keeping them because I can clean them up and add backs and I only paid 18$ for the item w/shipping but the only reason I ordered these was because of it saying NWT otherwise I wouldn't even considered buying them.
