    Listing said checked and works good, problem the up/down dials stick. I've contacted this seller twice and told him this. He says I do not know how to program the thermostat. I have 2 of these 1F90-371 thermostat's and I do know how to program them? He clearly (if he checked, as he says) that the thermostat up/down button stick before listing I asked for the return shipping do to his untruthful listing. He now says to ship back and he will refund my money. I've already paid for shipping once?
