    Total waste of money

    This charger is terrible. First, the instructions indicate that it comes with a cable, but no cable was included. Also, my Streamlight 18650 batteries physically fit just fine, but I have to twist and mess with them to get the charger to recognize them. Finally, the charger indicates that the batteries are fully charged, when I know that they are not--if I simply plug them into my Streamlight 22082 Y-cable, they begin charging.
