    Another MANIPULATIVE UNTRUSTWORTHY Seller. He Stated Laptop "includes its charger" but doesn't tell you "its" means some cheap aftermarket NON OEM charger. Externally Laptop was beautiful. Internally it was having some RAM memory issues. Asked seller about it and he became defensive and arrogant. I Realized after some pics he posted were FAKE and NOT this same Laptop as Specs on the screen do NOT match up. LOOK CLOSELY at PICS. He does this with SEVERAL of his adds . DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FRAUD

    I acknowledge that I mistakenly listed the item as 8GB when it is, in fact, 4GB. The buyer proceeded to critique my English and made unfounded assumptions regarding the charger, despite there being photos of the charger in the listing. While I proactively offered various resolutions, including a full refund, the buyer appeared more intent on belittling me rather than engaging constructively. I recognize my error, but I have made every effort to rectify the situation. The buyer is unreasonable.
