This trim is defined as "refined white" by manufacturer, it's indeed not pure white (like the whitest white) but a kind of soft white. ECRU is often used for natural unbleached cotton color (lighter than beige), which is not really accurate for this trim. One safely brighten way is to mix OxiClean with warm water and sock the trim for several hours, and then gently hang to dry. If you have any questions please send me a message.
